 Carla founded My Cyber Counsellor in 2021 with a mission to help children and youth overcome social challenges and grow their confidence. Backed by over 15 years in the mental health field, she combines professional experience with a warm, supportive approach.

 We provide a collaborative, strengths-based, and supportive environment where practical solutions are emphasized. Using evidence-based techniques (CBT), we create a calm, judgment-free space that helps children and youth feel understood, empowered, and ready to grow.
