Our Social Confidence groups are structured, therapist-led programs designed to help children and teens build social skills, overcome worries, and communicate with confidence. Using evidence-informed approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and social learning strategies, participants develop skills in emotion identification, self-regulation, communication, perspective-taking, and problem-solving in peer interactions.
While the series is designed as group programs, the same structured programs can also be offered in individual 1:1 sessions, providing personalized guidance, flexible pacing, and tailored support for children or teens who would benefit from focused skill-building.
New session dates are launching soon! Stay informed about registration and availability by joining our interest list below.
